Halloween!

For Halloween this year, Ethan couldn't decide on a costume. He kept changing his mind from a Musketeer, to a Pirate, and many others. Finally, Melanie found this little Devil costume and it was just right! Ethan had lots of fun trick-or-treating and even got a rare visit from his cousin Easton the Fox!

We got invited to a Halloween Party at the Christensen's this year and had a great time! All the kids (and most of the adults) dressed up in great costumes and played some really fun games. We also had some fantastic homemade root beer and yummy treats! Thanks Joe, Mandy, and Stacey for the great party!

 

 

 

Carving Pumpkins!

Ethan wanted to carve a pumpkin one night after dinner, so we grabbed the big pumpkin we got from Beck's Pumpkin Patch, and one of the smaller ones and went to work!  Ethan and Mommy chose a Disney theme for their pumpkin, and I carved a more traditional pumpkin face in the big one. Lots of pumpkin guts, carving fun, and one proud boy when were done!

Fall Leaves...

One of the great things about the house we live in is that there are a ton of leaves in the fall for Ethan to play in! Yeah, I "get" to rake them all up before the snow comes, but it is so much fun to watch Ethan run and jump in the leaves. He loves it!
